Works with the MD and headmaster on policies, procedures, and strategic plans. Oversees finances, hiring, and training. Lillian is a married mother of four, holds two masters degrees in education, has taught in schools, and is a professional vocalist and music teacher. She is the lead teacher of St Alban’s Grammar home education community.
